Hello, the negative reviews before I booked I think partly not correctly, you shouldn't forget you are in Venezuela. I chose this hotel for diving, the diving station has closed (apparently due to disease of the boss), but the guide (Pamela) immediately organized a substitute, for my suitcases remained in Paris, she sat a. The hotel is worn and in desolate condition. With the room (Junior suite) we were satisfied. The maid service was very hard. The staff at the reception had no idea of the processes. Friendliness, helpfulness, foreign languages (english), dealing with the complaints at the reception are appalling. Otherwise it is OK. I agree entirely to Rolf.
The area is gorgeous, but it is just nothing made. At the pool you can is not afraid to have to spend with bacteria contaminate.
Also the beach is not maintained. Paper cups and plates where one sees also still to ten o'clock in the morning.
In principle nothing is tidy up after hours.
If you want to get a clean towel you must have much luck. It is often also no towels for the room, as also at the pool or the beach for.
