The catalog description of TUI is absolutely not with the consistent. It is absolutely not, that eight to ten bungalows can share a pool. So much the pools are in the area did not available! The decor of the apartments is old, partly broken is the furniture. The doors could not be locked. It was no toilet seat available, the bathroom was dirty. One asks oneself, what you must pay for the final 58 euro!

We had booked a flat over TUI and could not recommend it further after our experiences! Simple furniture was clear, but the accommodation was simply only dirty… everything smelled musty, the shower curtain was totally moldy, the oven was crusty and dirty… only to mention a few examples! We had a villa for six people. Size with pool very good. Child friendliness was a problem, as it was on a slope. Grill, washing machine, dishwasher-everything was available. Distance to the sea was very large. Car necessary. Output was very limited.
Extra beds are only after the third complaint come. Reception inflexible, unfriendly and arrogant. Not customer friendly at all. The dragon at the reception (Gina) has no idea of customer service. The place is beautiful, if you want peace indefinitely. Unfortunately the nice atmosphere is reduced... Read more
