The hotel is located in a quiet area of pattaya, is therefore very good for family vacation also with child. as in pattaya-city German unfortunately hardly couples were to find, but rather only individual gentlemen (why) you can only pass as a family in a rather Russian areas, since the 'special' not so dissipated life in the city is, what good is, since many things there, children not to see. Russians are mainly families in the hotel, what is also, that the prejudices, such as noise and drink There are not.

As the staff understood German only and no signs are written-nothing for Cyrillic Europeans. Only the luggage carrier understood something German.

We were already in the hotel cosy beach twelve times, for year after year. Until the last time we were also very pleased, nice service, good hygiene and it fit almost almost everything. As we but this January been there, we were really disappointed! It were almost only russians and also the service and the hygiene conditions have deteriorated considerably! Makes a nice impression from outside, but is remotely located. The room was cleaned by the cleaning woman daily for 20 baths, for that we had abundant fresh towels and mineral water. There are unfortunately very many Russians there. At every place we ate there was Russian on the menu first. The accomodation in english was also bad.

I've now been already 3 times in pattaya and hence 3 times on the cozy beach. We want the next vacations in the coming years to be again in Thailand, and thus to be again on a cozy beach. As it's already been written, it's very beautifully situated. Over the stairs one comes to a wonder-beach. I've found a similarly beautiful one, in Phuket, Bali, or also in Kuba. The personnel is very friendly, but that's either way like that in Thailand. The hair dresser in the hotel is also recommended and offers very inexpensive prices and good quality. Read more

The hotel is situated on the hill nice place a little over run by russians but there are some good places KATS BAR is one of the best its opposite the massage parlour she is one of the nicest people and her bar is her home she makes delicious cookies and cakes and serves great coffee just what you need after a day at the beach.

Cosy Beach is half way between Pattaya and Jontiem so not a bad location if you don't want to be in the heart of things, we hired a moped which helped but do wear the helmet or you'll get fined.

The breakfast buffet was fine, you get what you pay for, but having stayed in this area now i'd go room only as there are plenty of places within 100 yards to get a great breakfast at a cheaper price than the hotel.

If you are unfortunate enough to have booked already then I don't think you'll spend much time in the actual hotel so try the wishingwell on the opposite corner which did great food at good prices with a friendly atmosphere.

When we checked out they tried to charge us for phone calls we hadn't made from the original room which left us with a nasty taste and seemed to sum up the whole attitude of the place.
