The hotel is located, as almost all the hotels in the United States, right off the highway off ramp to Dothan. Most of the staff was family members. They are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is minimal, but you get used to it and on request is always enough refilled. The grounds are very nice and the pool freshly painted. There is even a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. In the main building, you could open the windows in the rooms, which also in the USA is not normal practice.
