The staff members were poorly trained: The front desk could not recommend any restaurants; The cleaning lady threw away my stuff without asking; There was a very rude employee who came into our room yelling at the coffee maker.

Im coming back to this hotel because it has a PERFECT Location, i didnt rent a car and it was the best decision ever because there's this MetroMover (train) all over miami downtown and its FREE.
