The hotel is located right in the downtown! A few steps and you are in the best part of Toronto ☺ The hotel made a neat impression and the rooms are clean. Parking directly at the underground hotekeigenen to $25 CAD per day. For those who prefer is parking is charged 30 CAD per day. It is a Courtyard Marriott: no minibar, but a little shop at the reception without wine and beer, soft drinks only and snack (chips and candy bar)
The room on the 12th floor was large and quiet. Duschshampoo wasn't refilled. The bed was ok with several different pillows.
Front desk friendly and helpful. For questions and reservation there was a separate counter, where you can, among other things, a (expensive = $159 )excursion to Niagara Falls with pick-up at the hotel.

The hotel is quite large and divided in two towers. If you got one of the room on the inside, it is at night by the intermediate, central air conditioning was very noisy. The decor is a bit old, but they are well maintained. Breakfast is not included, but the internet connection. During the weekdays is a newspaper delivered to the room. The valet parking is $30 per day with extremely expensive and not justified.

The hotel is a bit dated but overall it quite nice. The central location is a definite plus. The room was good for us, a mini-fridge in the room we would have preferred than iron & ironing board. Shampoo was not re-stocked, there's a small minus. I thought it was a very good, that the maid has asked me friendly, me with the map to identify as the legitimate Zimmerinhaber when they clean so I came in through the open door-gesaust came to quickly get a bit out of your suitcase. As for the hotel - bright spacious reception, good-sized rooms, comfortable beds - what more could you want? Some reviewers seemed to think the location was a little seedy but I would disagree - sure there are a few "adult" stores in the neighbourhood but their windows are generally no more shocking than an Anne Summers seen on many British high streets!
