Hotel ist ringsum von stark befahrenen Straßen umgeben. In dem gebuchten Angebot war ausdrücklich ein Zimmer zum Innenhof zugesichert. Diese Zusage wurde nicht eingehalten. Es bestand nur die Wahl zwischen einem Zimmer zu einer lauten Straße über der Garageneinfahrt und einem anderen Zimmer nach außen, bei dem sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ. Dabei wirkte die Luft aus der Klimaanlage nicht wirklich frisch. Eine Entschuldigung erfolgte nicht, stattdessen wurde auf das in USA befindliche Buchungssystem geschimpft. Brussels is well worth a visit.
We would stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was varied and tasteful. Very good was the fresh squeezed orange juice. The hotel was a bit outside of the city. With the bus you could reach the center.

Check-in verlief reibungslos, es wurde auch deutsch gesprochen. Die Lobby ist sehr geschmackvoll, leider kann man in dem Barbereich nur eingeschränkt sitzen, da es im Winter heftig zog. Zimmer mit Vollbad sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, keine Geräusche zu vernehmen. Heizung durch Klimaanlage regelbar. Leider war diese bei unseren Freunden ausgefallen und der elektrische Ofen, den man ins Zimmer stellte, brachte nicht die erwünschte Wärme. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen gut mit einem Shuttlebus zu erreichen, der morgens auf dem Weg zum Flughafen an unserem Büro hält - spart Taxikosten.
Die Speisekarte ist abends nicht zu umfangreich, der Service schnell und freundlich. An der Bar wird man schnell und freindlich bedient.
Beim Frühstück könnte das Perosnal etwas freundlicher und engagierter sein.
An der Rezeption füllt man sich immer willkommen. Das Personal ist für offen für Homur und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und recht groß. Wir selten so viel Platz ineinem Hotel vorgefunden.
Das besonders Gute ist: Vom Zimmernachbar war absolut kein Laut zu hören. Sehr positiv!!
Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so berauschend, denn in die Stadt mit dem Bus muss man schon etwas Zeit investieren.
