very geutes price performance ratio. Proximity to the beach was okay. Across the street. Surin beach about ten minutes walk to bang TAO beach (long beach great for walks, can only be recommended). The hotel was in quite a good condition. The entrance hall/lobby invites you to stay. The dining room is very modern and comfortable equipped. The pool area was creatively developed and pool towels, which offered free. The room by default equipped from the balcony and a view of the inside area of the hotel (pool, dining area outside). The Marriott is great, it is in the area nothing to complain about and for a fair price. However, various nationalities very loud and uncomfortable. The area except for the beach with Russian posters and menus provided. The Marriott in Surin the only hotel with Russian and Chinese guests. Top is the beach a dream, unfortunately the hotel has no beach chairs (150 Baht rent) twin palm resort has everything Chilout factor with.. To patong 500 baht taxi. From the airport take a taxi (900 Baht minibus) in about 30 minutes reachable we were greeted very friendly and thought previously read comments confirmed.
