A very good and cozy lodge. The entire outdoor area was a great deal of people traveling usual animals, what a great atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, the provide us with a variety of information and recommendations. The rooms are very comfortably furnished and an artificial (gas) log fire ensures a great comfort. The cradle mountain lodge was our absolute highlight of the Tasmania trip. Before our very neat bungalow we could watch every evening Wombats and other animals from the vicinity of the hotel. The tour offered for animal observation was absolutely wonderful and from there out of the cradle mountain NP very easily explored on foot. If you are in the lodge is longer should also a chic candlelit dinner and fireplace in excellent restaurant on the program. Read more

Area with 86 different sized cabins in the middle of nature. We will definately return again and then at least one week.
There are 5 different Equipted units. We had the spa suite, with CD player, minibar, complimentary coffee and tea facilities, 1 carafe of port and cookies. There were evening canapés (mini-portion) delivered to your room. Bathroom with spa, small hallway, small kitchen, large living/bedroom with fireplace. The evening we also always turned sensitive cold at night.
