Directions from Heraklion Airport to Creta Maris
From the exit of the airport follow the national road with direction to Agios Nikolaos. Go straight ahead for about 20km. Turn right in the exit to Kastelli and then turn left for Hersonissos. Go straight ahead for 2 km and turn right for Hersonissos village (old road). At the time you arrive in Hersonissos (after 2km) you will see at the left side a medical center. Turn left there and at the first crossroad turn left. Go straight ahead for about 500m and you will see Creta Maris in your right side.

From the exit of the port turn left in the traffic lights. After 500m turn right and go straight ahead. After 300m turn right to the national road with direction to Agios Nikolaos. Go straight ahead for about 20km. Turn right in the exit to Kastelli and then turn left for Hersonissos. Go straight ahead for 2 km and turn right for Hersonissos village (old road). At the time you arrive in Hersonissos you will see at the left side a medical center. Turn left there and at the first crossroad turn left. We were 7 years ago already in the hotel. At that time it was great. The hotel is now completely run down and lives from the good reputation of the past year. The carpets in the hallways are worn out and filthy. The wooden teppichleisten under the windows in the corridor partially. Completely rotten, as it seems regularly comes pouring and no one does. Old furniture, chairs in the room without pieces (soundproofing), which one the whole day and half night hear (from top, bottom, from next door).

We have never had such a bad visitor's five stars hotel. In eleven days was not even changed the bed linen. The same breakfast every day and dinner every day the same. Anyone who believes that there are Greek food gets the better in Germany. Roast pork and veal, and every evening. The charwoman wipes the floor only if they are then has explicitly. we stayed at the January the trip. Also because of the good reviews at holidaycheck!
More so, we were shocked as we in August after the booking once again on the side confused had! The reports were very discouraging! How could a hotel within 6 months so verschelchtern! All negative comments are more than 40 customers the erratic reasons as dirty beach (there were partly washed up Meerpflanzen, each snorkel, Divers it knows ) reports.
