Hotel Cult

We had a really a very pleasant weekend. The staff of the hotel was friendly and the check-in was very efficient, so we could occupy our room quickly. It was very spacious, we were satisfied with the cleanliness. I particularly enjoyed the rain shower in the bathroom, as well as the stylish hotel bar on the ground floor. The breakfast was great and there was a large selection of bread, many different types of cold cuts, cereals and even hearty things like bratwurst. It was very loud, the bathroom was tiny, the view of the 'inner courtyard' was a joke, the mattress showed traces of all the previous guests (urine, blood...). The general condition of the room was poor (carpet, solve, a broken chair...) it was not cleaned properly, especially the bathroom, not if you have pointed out and the lady behind the front desk was so silent out at the, as you know full well, that you want to complain. I was on a business trip, and stayed a weekend at this hotel. For 59 €including breakfast certainly one of the best value, in the middle of Frankfurt. But this hotel is certainly not cheap " "! The rooms are nicely decorated and give a feel-good atmosphere from. In terms of cleanliness, here you can't criticize. Another little highlight was surely free sky tv and Wi-Fi Internet access. My opinion is very divided. Once the garages-architect designed only to small car, absolutely narrow box. Better place less 1, therefor ten centimeter more space would have been better! Check-in/out was fast. The elevator needs to go to a nursing home-so slow the! The room was nicely decorated, but could be a bit bigger in the single room. The Schrebtisch lamp was broken, the light bulb was vestaubt. The night porter thought it was a new. And a very nice hotel. The rooms are big enough for two people and everything was very clean. We had the problem, that we only cold water in the shower, which after a complaint at the front desk fixed short was. The hotel was when we were there was exceptional and the staff was a little overwhelmed at breakfast or understaffed.
