In New York its all about location location and this little jewel in the Crown has this, price is extremely reasonable (especially considering its New York), has free internet, free "continetal breakfast" (if you can call it that), there are some great delis nearby and for the budget conscious a maccas next door.

The air conditioner was extremely loud - I actually like a fan or other noise while I sleep; however,when the AC kicked on (about every 20 minutes)the unit made the most horrific sound like the grinding of gears - this had to have been previously known by hotel management and should have been repaired.
