Family-run hotel, would easily deserve 4 stars, central yet quiet location, bus stop right outside the hotel, parking spaces, by Italian standards a large breakfast buffet with homemade cakes, the hotel lobby with an open fireplace, very clean, ideal for participating in the Florence Marathon (breakfast on marathon day from 6.30 am and only about 10 minutes from start and finish).
