Hotel is distinguished by its central location (the local centre with shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only 200 meters there) and its small size. The service is okay, the communication sometimes was a bit slow-depending on, on which staff you. The hotel shows clear traces of use, everything is however clean. The buffets are wide, but typical local dishes (it was advertised with Syrian cuisine!) unfortunately the exception, instead european and Caribbean dishes'simulated'. Read more

For this price, you have a very friendly, informal slightly older hotel found. The food is a dream, as the beach and the friendliness of the people... Of course you should also a few small drawbacks in terms of cleanliness and if you are looking for a long shopping mile searches is here, I think I at the wrong place. the rooms in the building across the street from the pool are suffering from the volume (to 24 o'clock) the speakers from the immediate behind the 'restaurant' Ali Baba. Very good kitchen, if you like oriental cuisine. If you want to eat schnitzel, should go to Bavaria. Very friendly service, always helpful and more informal. If the European standard and plush insists, go to the steigenberger, Mövenpick. We stayed at dawar el omda for 4 days which was enough to know that this hotel is not even a 2 star hotel, first when we arrived they couldn’t find us a place to sit down because we were a 40 person group (the reception area is too small) so we waited at the restaurant, the check in process took about 1 hour and when we receive our key we found that our room isn't cleaned yet, so we had to stay for a whole 2 hours in our friends room till the miserable cleaning guy finished his work.

Location: the hotel is really small and has no green areas at all, and located near the central gouna and overlooks a man made lagoon which had a very bad smell over the bridge; but you can ride a shuttle boat to zaytouna beach where there is a little life there.

This Hotel is small but very relaxing, no hasstle staff were first class made us laugh a lot Food was very good there was nothing you could fault.

Food: we booked HB, the breakfast was ok but the dinner is repeatable, there is a station that offered a freshly made meat or fish according to the night theme but that station won't last more than 30 min because the food were finished, so if you came to dinner after 8 pm you probably won't find it.
