Excellent service and very friendly team . It was a very relaxing sunny break .The hotel is very cosy like a small home ,near to the beach ,and central town . The hotel team is one of the best ,very helpful ,polite ,and always smiling . Actually , I went there with anorexia from stress ,and I came back eating everyday . This small, very beautiful and simple hotel was the best thing that could have happened to us in Egypt. We've visited this hotel for the third time and we've been thrilled again. It had 66 big, simply but very practically furnished rooms. TV, fridge, hair-dryer and bathrobe for every guest were available. It was kept very clean and they immediately reacted to wishes. On the first day of our 2 weeks stay in El Gouna we knew we will come again. The hotel and EL Gouna are so romantic and we enjoy our stay there. Hotel is very small and stuff is very friendlly. There is beach near hotel but much nicer beach is Zeytouna with open sea and coral reef. You can get to Zeytoun by shuttle boat. Choice of meals in open buffet is not so big (since this is small hotel) but it's well prepared. Nice opinion in El Gouna is 'Dine arround' program, where you can chose some other hotell to dine in. Beautiful, absolutely clean and cozy hotel. Small pool, the leaves were constantly taken out, so they were very thorough!!!! Romantic lighting in the evening, air-conditionings, tidy and beautiful rooms, also very clean.
