Opera visit in Verona for a we chose the hotel halfway between Verona and Padua, Vicenza have a lot to offer as (Teatro olympico among other things!) and not touristy. four star at a good price, we thought. However, the hotel is the Boscolo Group shadow. The rooms are completely worn, wallpaper coming out, veneers detached in the lobby and the upholstery was worn. The parking garage is damp. It is a nice and clean hotel, have everything that i was expecting to find from 4 star hotel, location is really nice close to the down town and you can walk within 10 to 15 minutes and you will reach all resturants and parks of vicenza, hotel is ok for travellers of business , breakfast was ok, they offered a PC to access to the internet for free at the front desk, and the only complain was the Air conditioning , not as i was expecting, so be sure that your room will have a workable AC.
