Unfortunately our hotel has closed and we had to eat in the neighbor Hotel. There was mass processing and that was not nice. The rooms and the bathroom are too small. The tv was small and unfortunately could not get the programs you should get and if only in a very poor quality. Read more

We were there at the end of September, beginning in October Hotel Delfin Mar and here with a view of the pool. Our room, the balcony and the bathroom were big enough and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I was also, that the hotel is not so large and family and cozy feel. The food was varied and sufficient. All in all we are with the price/performance ratio of the Delfin Mar in Santa Ponsa was very happy and would go back again. Read more

The hotel itself we can't comment, since we were due to overbooking in the attached two star apartment were shipped. This apartment was so dirty, that even cockroaches in the room. We had to spend one night in this hole. Fortunately we have been able to stay the next day in a different Hotel. Otherwise, this would become the cement horror holiday. Service and cleanliness there was nothing to complain about. Location of the hotel is centrally located, but close to the beach. However, I had expected more from a four star hotel better food. In one evening there were for example hamburger as main course! It is a hotel of this category not. The alternatives were not exhilarating. Spaghetti bolognese and totgebratenen fish. Of the seven days the food was once really good. So it is! Three days it was okay and three times, it was really bad. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel. Read more

The hotel is very recommendable. Cleanliness, staff and food are excellent. If something to complain about would be, is the size of the pool or the space by the pool. However the clean sandy beach, close proximity to beach and the place possibility there compensate for everything.
On the downside perhaps, that we on the first day in another hotel were were accommodated. However the hotel is just vis-à-vis from the booked hotel, the rooms there were also okay. And as compensation we have all drinks for dinner get free. Tip: definitely insist. Read more
