We stayed at Hotel Delfin Playa on our holiday in April 2012, and we really can recommend this hotel to everybody. The location is excellent, just in front of the beach. The food is also excellent; it's always a buffet with all kinds of food available. The only negative thing is that some of the tourists take food outside the dining room, which is forbidden. The hotel in general was lovely, clean, well presented and spacious. The staff really try to give their all when it comes to making their visitors feel welcomed and relaxed. The staff are friendly and polite, not all of the staff could speak fluent English but they damn well tried - which is more that can be said for us English visitors. The staff were brilliant with children, making them feel at ease with light hearted interactions. The hotel has me very much! The service was great and Dominik is simply the best! And Phillip a shame, that you so go early had... The shows were great and the kids, as well as the service is just amazing! The only, what is a pity, as for example the young in the club's entertainment and action could join in... But we are also in the teens club or played water volleyball! It is the groups together just great! Hotel is great, if you then after three days also your room. It seems common practice to be the dolphin chain, tourists this flagship Hotel allure and then on arrival only two-four days in one of the not so well-equipped and not to be stretched to accommodate sister hotels. Probably there is also Neckermann travel behind, as this is strangely only with the German tourists over Neckermann happened. For the price you should cancel eight months in advance is the hotel!
