Nice to have a proper apartment on an all inclusive basis, especially with 12 pools to choose from. The resort is big, but well laid out, and as well as the included bars & restaurants, there are other, non-hotel owned outlets which you can use, and the ones we used were excellent, both in cost & quality. Staff generally very friendly & helpful; the hotel grounds are well kept and very nice just to walk in.

The hotel is a very nice arranged area with 7 pools really wonderful, each of which is equipped with different water falls, caves, kaskaden, small bridges, islets and rivers. A rich green flowers and palm trees everywhere with, just a feast for the eyes. In fact, it could have been a very beautiful vacation can be. Many have complained about the many Russians, including a plague were (excessively loud, always drunk hanging around and in the dining room the food was thrown under the table). Never again in this hotel! Dirty, incompetent, unfriendly, food boring. Not comparable with European countries! Plates, glasses, tables, cutlery everything dirty! For many of the vacation ends after 4-5 days on the toilet.

The cleanliness in this hotel is very small. Glasses and dishes are not properly cleaned. The food was not very good at all and was not varied. Drinks had to get you to eat at the pool bars. The staff is rude and dirty clothes. I would recommend a hotel, that close to the beach, since one of the shuttles is bound. The pool areas were very large and well. It is paid attention very much to cleanliness and friendliness. Complaints were cared for immediately remedied. The staff speaks more russischchals German, but nothing, with English you always got along. Trips can be booked directly in the hotel, don't forget to bargain. The price range are enormous. Small shops in the area offer everything for those daily use. A shuttle service drove several times daily to the beach and back. We did get the shuttle bus down to the beach, which can get very packed and the russians are extremly rude but just give them a taste of there own medicine and push them back :) Overall the holiday was fantastic wish we'd stopped for longer and planning on going again next year. - in April 10
Overall this was a fantastic holiday not 1 of us got Ill the whole 2 weeks we were there, the trick is to carry a small hand sanitiser with you and use after handling money.

The bathroom wasn’t marvellous but for what we’d paid we didn’t mind, it was by no means terrible and everything else was great, including the location: we were right next to the Ali Baba pool area which had its own bar and a lovely pool, and we were quite close to the main pool and Friends restaurant. - in March 10

They have 12 swimming pools which are all spotless, we kept away from the main pool as this was crowded and had loud music. - in November 09
Remember take : a torch, bite cream, stomach tablets and earplugs would be useful if you have a room near the restaurant as there is a club above it which plays loud music until early hours of the morning!

All but 1 bar shuts at sunset which seemed to vary between 4 and 5 o,clock and as for entertainment there had 1 female singer on twice luckily didnt see all of it the first time and that was it for 7 days No sorry there had a singing nite 1 night for 2 hours speeks for it self The Night club on the complex played house and rap music all night so all in all the worst all inclusive ive ever been to Stronglly recommed people not to go unless You want to waste Money Hotel needs to get it sorted - in November 09

our room was at the back of the complex and it took us 15-20 mins to get to reception with a 4 year old in stiffling heat when we asked to be moved the rep done nothing and asked us to check with reception who told us all the other rooms were full and that our room was deluxe and we would have to take a much lower standard room. - in November 09

all glasses are plastic and half pint sizes are few and far between most beverages are served in a small tumbler style plastic glass and these are not washed apart from under a tap with their dirty hand pushed inside them, even when they have just been pulled out of the bin, yes by the pool one morning a bartender for the pool bar pulled the glasses out of a waste bin put them under the cold water tap and proceeded to serve drinks in them! - in July 10
The bar staff was seen rinsing out the glasses under the cold water tap then running their fingers around the inside of the glasses. - in February 10

I'd gone for my 40th birthday and some friends were aslo there with small children, I think the hotel initially tries to wow you with 12 swimming pools, On arrival the reception was very nice and modern and the staff were friendly, we were driven by buggy to our room, which was about a 10 min walk from the reception and most of the main amenities, our room was very basic, fortunately we didn't need to use the kitchen equipment as i wouldn't have felt comfortable doing so.

but wow, the place is amazing, the room was huge, with a large balcony with excellent view of one of the 11 pools, we did take our large glasses to the pool, no prob with the staff, but we found the beer got so warm, that we ended up using the smaller glasses from the bar, we thought the staff at the pools were excellent, you just had to be nice and polite to them and they would look after you, even when we went to another pool, our fave barman brought us our beers. - in March 10

Go to Sharks bay the snorkelling is amazing I could have stayed there all day the fish are beautiful, this was some of the best snorkelling I have ever done and I have been to the Far east and Mexico.

this hotel is really good but i would only go back to it for a relaxing holiday, i was looking forward to go partying in naama bay but because it wasnt a walk away we had to get a free shuttle bus which comes with the hotel but you only had 2. - in May 10

For a mid winter break this was superb value for money resort the staff were first class and could not do enough to make your holiday a pleasure Food was a daily repitition but you could get food when ever you wanted some and we had no health issues There is a free shuttle bus down to the beach and the local town which sometimes were full so we took a taxi for 20 Egypition after some haggling

makes a trip to the beach very stressful indeed, however the delta beach is nice and the sea beautiful with all the different sealife,(becareful of the coral its like glass), again this resort is well outside of Naama bay nightlife and the bus is a nightmare to get on it leaves and six and picks u back up at half 8 but you must start queuing for the bus at 8 then fight when it does come.

We've done a few trips, pyramids, snorkling etc, if your going to go to Cairo the trips are ok but they take you again to commission shops, if you are going to go I would suggest booking a tailor made trip where you just do the museum and pyramids, it's such a long day - the museum is so hot so go first thing too and head straight for tutankhamon's treasures, you will get hounded at the pyramids also but if you fancy if do a horse trek (there will be no busses allowed soon as they're making it a eco friendly area) camels are good but they'll only take you round slowly as a camel running is very very quick. - in February 10
