The Seehof is an idyllic hideaway with 28 differently decorated, stylish rooms and premises. The house is now in its fifth generation of the family Schellhorn and the first house walls are from the 17th Century! Our restaurant HECHT! is for more than 10 years annually by the Gault Millau with 15 points (2 awards) awarded. Even in the half-board package, we offer our guests a daily 5-course à la carte 'menu of choice. You can relax in our beautiful garden under old chestnut trees Soul, on the private jetty with a small rowing boat on the Goldegger bog …

We have, because of a recommendation, a 5-day vacation the seehof and are perfectly thrilled by this extraordinary hotel in outstanding location, right on the lake, in the picturesque goldegg. The family-run hotel is a perfect combination between old & new, the whole building is lovingly, individually and lots of art with a noteworthy Library equipped, as we had nowhere found. Very charming, authentic Hotel bears the stamp of the owner, creativity in the kitchen, as well as in the decoration, very, very individually and as we find extremely in good taste. Tradition and modernity is excellent, the service is perfect and absolutely unobtrusively without affectations. The hotel blends perfectly into the wonderful scenery of the surroundings.
