From the start the service was bad - we arrived at 2. 30pm to find that only one room of our two was available despite check in advertised as 2pm. No apology and they didn't bother to tell us when the other room was ready (we had to go down to reception to find out). Phoned in advance for twin bedded rooms - they were doubles and despite a request that the beds were separated this never happened.
