Bed Bugs! In the second night at midnight I had found bed bugs! Conclusion :-night front desk spoke hardly any German/unfriendly-the request, the watch in the room, was not done!--was immediately given another room the next morning they wanted the full amount!-manager of the hotel not reachable! Bathroom was very tiny... Under the beds were definitely not vacuumed... Front desk was not very friendly... The pillows were rock hard... I understand under comfortable something else... The breakfast was delicious and there was a large selection but was a little small breakfast room. So if one has no pretensions and really only looking for a room to stay overnight this hotel... For a short city break perfectly adequate. A five-minute walk to the main station. We had booked with breakfast. It was delicious, prepared in an appetizing manner in buffet form and the choice was large enough. Right across the street is a closed parking garage, in the one to the reasonable price of ten Euros/day the car parking.

The rooms are decorated with the basics. As we only used it to sleep was ok. The cleaning staff were very clean. The close proximity to the main station Cologne (5 minutes walk) was main factor for us to make reservations for this hotel. Read more
