the rooms are really very good equipped, big enough and bathroom exceeded expectations even.
there are a lot positive the hotel, that I do not want to name and everything.
that is why the following only small what I noticed shortcomings:
- we had a Safety deposit box in the closet the check-in process unfortunately not fastened and would therefore simply can be removed.

the obviously very new hotel is very central and nevertheless calmly convenient in direct city proximity. All business and also the old part of town can be attained comfortably in few minutes to foot. A car is not necessary. To the beach it is something, further about 20min foot march or bus. The reception is 24h occupied and one is very friendly welcomed. German one did not speak, but one stays also on Sardinien and not in Berlin or on Mallorca.
