Hotel Don Camilo

The hotel has big room with varying balcony, most with sea view. The furnishing is very simple, but enough, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The guest structure changed, previously mixed, today mostly families with children. The apartments are equipped with a seaprates bedroom and a lounge with kitchenette. the hotel has about 50 of studios/bungalows. These are split laid out, you don't feel like one of the usual ' Wohnburgen ' cards in the check in we were on the warmest of the manager greeted. Unfortunately, we had to somewhat on our room wait, since we had very early were on site. Therefore beeilten the maid with the cleaning and so were in some places still some sandy remnants the previous tenant. Small straightforward and family hotel with sometimes a bit 'too friendly' staff: our small son especially the waiters were often too pushy inside. Thanks to a special trip was the price/performance ratio for us, from the four star we would withdraw compared to other four stars hotels, mainly because of the food. It was so far okay, but not at all four stars standard. The town of Sant Elm is Fantastically beautiful and tranquil, also because of the surrounding area (forests, mountains) and for the children very well suitable Bay. Read more

... spent our vacation in Sant Elm. Three years ago we stayed at the hotel aquamarin and now in Don Camillo. We booked a apartment type A. the apartment is very spacious and has a small kitchen with microwave. Also the bathroom with a large shower impressed us. But the best was the large terrace overlooking the sea. We had half board and in contrast to choose what we had in the hotel aquamarin, we were a little disappointed. After 2009 our second stay at the Don Camilo and again it was very pleasant. Breakfast (€per person eight) and evening bread (14 €per person) offer we didn't used. The well-equipped kitchenette with microwave and the huge terrace allowing a relaxing, quiet meals. The town of Sant Elm is away from the mass tourism, a car is recommended. There is a bus service to Andratx, and from there to Palma. The small beach is very clean and not crowded October at least at the beginning.
