Traumhafr nice castle in the Reinhards forest, near a zoo, which is open all year. Interesting also the designated Friedwald. We stayed in a tower room with canopy bed and romantic had a very spacious laid out bathroom with jacuzzi. Since the room neither the radio or tv (not yet) had, we could enjoy the absolute peace and quiet. The friendly, competent service and the atmosphere of the hotel was unique. We had for a long time on a family holiday on a castle and have not therefore rather high amount on the Sababurg. But unfortunately we were already on the first day of the rude, arrogant service knowledge (with the exception of some very nice waiters!), the musty smelling, small and, with regard to the bathroom, very old-fashioned rooms and unjustified high prices of the food disappointed. we had a tower room for 85 euros the night without breakfast. For the offered small room in a bad antiquierter facilities joke, even if' s is a historic walls. The bathroom is so small, that the washbasin in the room. Standard one mediocre guest house the seventies. Read more

The sleeping Beauty's Castle is situated on its own and magnificent location in Reinhardswald. In the immediate vicinity you find the Tierpark Sababurg. The great jungle Sababurg within walking distance. Travelers who are looking for a secluded place, this hotel is perfect for you. The castle is currently undergoing renovation. We couldn't locate buzzing scaffolding. A big tower with some hotel rooms was renovated. These rooms are höherpreisig. In contrary the rooms in the main building an old condition.
