Very disappointed with comfort plus room, third floor, room 313, booked over Neckermann, lower standard. When we arrived, our room was directly in front of a construction of unpleasant livinghigh rise building. Connecting rooms, all the noises from the adjoining room were to be heard. The next day move in room 303, a bit better, but same view. Balcony door couldn't be opened, because of road noise, emissions from kitchen and road. The distance to the beach was relatively far. Partly unfriendly staff at the pool bar. The local drinks with the all-inclusive with the exception of the Spanish beer pure alcohol, but the beer is served without foam to the brim. It was a wonderful vacation. The staff was very friendly, gave us always very fast and very friendly with everything we wanted. When we the room change wanted after a day, as we wanted to have a pool view, that was taken care of promptly and sent us an employee of the hotel to another room, which we could then see to decide. You should definitely book a pool view. Two of the floors and we could see the sea and has a great view of the sunset! The pool area was very nice. Having been to this resort many times and stayed at numerous hotels, mostly the Julio Cesar at the Mare Nostrum, myself and partner had no complaints, We got a pool view room (at no extra cost) which was large and clean and had opted for a bed and breakfast option as we like to eat out in the evening and eat when and where we choose. - in December 09
