beautiful hotel in the middle of the shopping district and however very quiet location. The staff are very friendly and patient with the partly noticeable american all inclusive guests.
the complex is spacious and offers some restaurants with Asian, Mexican and International kitchen.
the room is clean and offers everything you need. I had a 'upgrade' for a room with sea view, however was the room on the ground floor and by the sea had I not so a lot. Better are the rooms on the side of the lagoon, with the dolphins. Still better it is the c... Read more

the hotel is good, seems but already getting a bit old to be. The architecture itself was not so appealing. Nice is the pool with its dolphins. You can watch the animals observe well or could with them at a charge swim. Food was good and all inclusive. Read more

Habe mir dieses Hotel ausgesucht um meinen langgehegten Wunsch mit Delphinen zuschwimmen zu erfüllen.Das Hotel und alle die dort beschäftigt sind,sind um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht.Das das Schwimmen mit den Delphinen" EXTRA" kostet war mir klar,doch für eine halbe Stunde im Wasser mit ihnen kostete mir 115.-Euro und wenn ich Bilder und eine DVD davon möchte kostet es nochmal soviel.Der Preis dafür finde ich überteuert,naja mein Traum wurde wahr.Für Deutsche die kein Englisch oder Spanisch können ist es dort nicht geeignet.Ich war die e...
