We were most disappointed with this Hotel and did not feel it at par with a 3 star Hotel. Had to wait for check in over 10 mins as staffers were chatting amongst themselves ignoring our arrival. Check in staff lacked good courtesy, and etiquette. Very poor internal communication regarding needs of the guests.
Room did not smell fresh, was dull, with torn curtains and holes in the sofa upholstery. Bathroom fittings had seen better days, toilet seat was far too low to sit upon comfortably.

Basic, comfortable hotel in a good location. Excellent for those who are not looking for luxury but rather a clean base from which to explore the beautiful city of Lucerne. A short walking distance from the train station and also the old town and Chapel Bridge. Read more
