A non-smokers should this hotel avoid, since the ascent to the front desk the cold smoke wanted.
Front desk is located on the first floor also with cold smoke impregnated, since opposite the smoking area is. After short view into this area showed me only crowded ashtrays. Even in staircase the second floor has the cold smoke smell. The was very unpleasant. Read more

Located in the altstadt area of Chur, the hotel is an excellent for touring or shopping. Excellent food in thweinstude with a variety of regional dishes offered. The breakfast buffet is first rate. Bad room:partly no curtains!!!!! One of the beds was broken. Old furniture.
Breakfast was bad. We came at 9.30 (breakfast till 10.30): no more ,salami, Schinken (as was told in the brochure)not enough bread. only one kind of juice ( not more as was told in the brochure) e.s.o.
When we arrived we got a room that was not yet cleaned. This was not known by the imployee, who did tne check-in. Not a warm welcome!
