Via phone I had three rooms, which were free. I received the offer as e-mail and have also confirmed this. 1 day later I received another offer, this time two rooms were more expensive. At my request I was told, that the rooms other weits have been booked. Since the first offer was subject to the floor, the offer shall not vote. Unfortunately, there was no way of understanding and I had to recognize, that a confirmed offer is not binding. The customer wasn't't king. Read more

The hotel is fine for a weekend trip to görlitz. It is very centrally located and is within easy journey everything worth seeing. The house was great restored, the rooms are ok the bathroom is a bit small, and the winding staircase. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant are good. Highly recommended is the city tour. Small hotel in the old town görlitzer, old stones, winding stairways and branched delicous, used as a dining room and cellar bar. Overall a quaint atmosphere and the right for a stroll through goerlitz.
Furniture in the breakfast and dining room as well as rustic, reflected in the rooms. I had a single room to the road, quiet (apart from the Kirch bells), size of room and bathroom good, facilities antique furniture, but not really sloppy with the harmonised, it was quaint but somehow not really comfortable.
