The location couldn't be any more convenient, only 50 steps away from the Interlaken-Ost train station, right on the river that connects the 2 lakes on either side of Interlaken. Hotel staff spoke very good English and helped me book a ticket on the Jungfrau railway so that you don't have to wait in lines later. They let me park my bag after check-out so that I could spend the day in the mountains and pickup my baggage afterward. This was our fourth visit, but the first since the floods of 2005. The service is better than that in many more expensive hotels, the food is excellent, and its location is perfect. Read more
