We stayed one night in room 304. The first view was very nice, the room and the bathroom seems clean.
After 2 hours in the bed (midnight) we saw many, many little animals (like acarians). As we killed them, they were bloody. The bed was like an battlefield in the morning. And than we saw other animals, a little bigger (bugs). We didn´t sleep the whole night, because we have to kill the animals in the bed.
Next morning, we told with the direcor. He was seemly ashamed. But we didn´t get back our money. Only a little stammering.

We wanted to look at the zones in verdun. The hotel is clean and comfortable equipped. There was a tv with international channels. The breakfast was plentiful, you could help yourself at the buffet. Typically French stop. Only light bread rolls and croissants. But all in all ok.

The only thing which may put off potential clients is the location, rather far from the downtown area but with a car it isn't a problem as Verdun isn't that big a town.

The hotel was easily accessible by road for car travellers albeit some distance from the town centre, and although the hotel is getting old it was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and hospitable, and the breakfast was good.
