the hotel is in good condition. The number of rooms was very good, as the whole flair so informal and relaxing is. The guests mostly from the Netherlands, France and Germany and are located in the middle age.
You rooms are beautifully equipped and big enough.
there are sometimes a German television channel receive (but who flies the TV was...).
the rooms on the first floor have better as on the ground floor liked.
You should get a room opposite the front desk select, as you get on the balcony wonderful Sunsets & sun.

Architecturally interesting hotel. Now it looks a bit'getting old'. What the architect thought the entrances of the lower rooms of Northern wing by an enclosed walkway to connect may well be his secret. We had no joy in the resulting noise window blind (toilet flushings, slamming doors and various' noise ' at night). A little paint would the whole area surely well done. To our knowledge, we have a additional room for our adults daughter ordered. Unfortunately we were all locked in a room for two. We have a extra charge euro -700 pay for another room. I can to designerHotels do, if the people windows and must go through the door. Because there is the so-called seat.
what to say is, it is a very peaceful hotel. Only the road a bit disturbing. The way to the beach via this rubbish pit, once a wide street should be.

Nice, very well-kept hotel with kind and helpful staff and great breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel is a little out of the way, to the center of Santa Maria you need to walk about 20 minutes to 15.
