Nice, very well-kept hotel with kind and helpful staff and great breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel is a little out of the way, to the center of Santa Maria you need to walk about 20 minutes to 15. The beach (with free private beach chairs for hotel guests) but it is only about five minutes. Good choice, we felt very comfortable. Read more

As mentioned in an earlier review is the 'dunas de Sal' was a design hotel, but getting old. The first impression was just this, but it has to be acknowledged, simply, that we try to keep everything in good condition. The indication, that if the rooms view of the sea is not, as the hotel is-as already mentioned-in the second row. Access to the beach is easy and the beach itself was fantastic and a lot of space. Unfortunately I had slight mold in the bathroom (shower) and the I reported it was 1 hour later also started to remove this, but it was only in the attempt. Island I booked at Anne on the pier, as you can speak German, and I have to say that the quality of the pool was good. Read more

If you a lot of peace, sun and a great beach, and no animation, is right at home here. Super clean pool, but only 15 rotten beach chairs by the pool and sun protective shelfs five (squared shelfs with canvas) on the beach, for about 80 guests. Food and drink in the hotel are okay. A lot of sun cream and more books, then everything was good. Read more
