In February 2012 we have visited this hotel and it has by far no 4 star rating. The room was really nice, the bed however very hard, the bathroom small but clean and simple- glazed window stayed at -14 °C it was quite drafty. Never, however, I have an extremely bad service experienced! Evenings I stayed in various waiters four asked for a water, until I had one. We stayed in a January 2012 group for a few days in the hotel Eberl to skiing vacation. It was our second visit. We have rooms in the new building. Booked. These rooms are very nicely furnished, spacious, have a modern wet facilities and are really to be recommended. Also the spa landscape and the modern pool area very beautifully designed.
the short walk to the gondola, the rare in finkenberg crowded and the large winter sports region the hotel too attractive.

We have four very beginning November Hotel eberl spent. Through the hotel instead of a double room we got a family room in the new building as a family is the great (by sliding door of abteilbar, large bathroom, large closet, very clean). The food was very good and we had a great and attentive service. With the hotel owners we had good short talks. It would have been better a games room for the kids.
