After the fifth vacation in consequence, this hotel is worth a trip. From the check-in to check out it was as always top class. Staff for breakfast and for dinner were very attentive to have each desire you fulfilled. The wellness area is simply a dream here you can really relax. Recommendable also are the various massages the very nice and trained staff performs. In conclusion it must be mentioned that and also next year we will be back wellness vacation in Ebners Waldhof spend! Read more

Can the hotel highly recommend it. Were with a baby and the staff were all very charming.
room was very big and beautiful, with Buggy everything easy to reach, even if one long aisles must-we
found the not so bad and the grumbling other tourist 't conveys.

We spent relaxing days in Ebner's Waldhof, the spa area often used have. The relaxation factor is unbeatable. After 3 weeks' relaxed ' we are. The food is very good, especially since you can choose. The rooms in the new building were super, the main needs renovation. We were very warmly welcomed and Mr E.., as well as junior had during our stay always a few words for us. Clean and commodious, very friendly Maid service!
really friendly, the boss personally greeted each morning in the breakfast the guests, everyone is helpful.

Unfortunately the other pools were not so great: About 10 cm thick, black lines around the pool at the water surface, a green or black substance in the joints at the bottom of the pools (how could that be with chlorinateded water?), another warmer pool had a black "dirt cloud " on the floor in the entrance area - very dirty, so that we got out of the pool; Pool edge unfortunately at 2 spots broken - danger of injury; the pond lamps which should create a pleasant atmosphere were laying in the gravel bed, the "vitalbar" had 3 different sorts of "raisin nut snacks" and a couple of sorts of tea (I thought that we could not use the open tea bags in the wet area?); we had new beach chairs cushions it seemed, as ours were still very green, next to us they were almost white - one questioned how they were cleaned or washed; then we didn't want to hang out in the sauna area and could therefore not assess this also.
