Hotel Econo Lodge Bronx

Very nice modern hotel in a central location. Many different nationalities. Larger than expected for New York. We had two very comfortable double beds, flat screen TV and safe. The bathroom is also spacious enough and very clean. The view from the 24th floor was breathtaking with a view of the Empire State Building. Windows half opened which was very pleasant. A large and friendly hotel. Over 25 floors. A very quiet atmosphere as opposed to the rather stressigem lives on the roads in the city. Despite the New York a super beautiful city, you can relax on the cozy lobby of the hotel looking forward to it. Also in the rooms it never felt that only a few meters away the bustle of the city. Solid chain hotel in interstate-near the Greater New York. The rooms were unfortunately only moderately clean. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. The rooms on the upper floors have balconies. Washing machine (not used), large indoor pool, PC on the ground floor with a printer for guest use. Downside: several steps from the elevator. From the outside it is not particularly inviting - was at least my impression, but we had already in the dark. The lobby was nice, modern, clean. Internet terminals available (3 of them for a fee). Room, I think about 250 in total. Many different nationalities - of all ages were there (a rugby team in the age of about 15 ), but also older married couples (65 $ plus). The hotel is ultra modern! We were on the 41st. Floor and the view is breathtaking, right over the Times Square. In the morning, guests can even the sun rise between the skyscraper at watch. Noise is really no noise heard, clear may be a taxi audible. but that can be accepted in New York. Looks spick and span clean, the rooms are cleaned daily and the really at best.
