we stayed as part of a event for 2 nights in the hotel and felt very comfortable. A desired room changing was without any problems possible ( unfortunately not all rooms have a renovated Bath area, flatscreen TV etc.).

It was a wonderful vacation! We are very warm Welcomes and there was someone to cared(room and bags brought up). The wellness area is really beautiful and large. It had everything you could need in order to relaxation and everything was super clean (you could eat on the floor, so clean). The food is simply amazing. A hotel, which you have to look around for long. There are nothing, which wasn't't perfect. It would be only better, when in the bar area may not be smoked. There is, also at the designated non-smoking area unfortunately very unpleasant exposed to smoke. Since many children there meeting we must take urgent action to be changed.
