At least since 1760 first breweries in Bitburg can be proved in black and white. Thus wrote the “Theresianische Kataster”, a document where all properties of citizens of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
had to be registered, that there existed two breweries. One of them is probably the future Eifelbräu. She belonged at first to Hubertus Holtzemer and passed later on over to the property of Johann
Pint. Due to a marriage the brewery was owned by the family Schadeberg in the middle of the 19th century, who sold it in 1920 to the Bitburg brewery Th. Simon. Our rooms offer pure relaxation. …

I was on business for three weeks in Bitburg busy. The hotel room was booked in advance on recommendation. The staff the entire stay rather little, the only contact in the breakfast room, where you could get a coffee upon request. You came first in the room, you had to watch every day the pleasure, small mice on the breakfast bar. The rooms are pretty average, however, the cleanliness, so my bathroom was only twice in three weeks through mopped, the hair in the corners was clearly visible. We were on city trip in Bitburg. It should be a central Hotel. You are literally right in the pedestrian area!
Check-in was okay! Nothing special.
Rooms are large, but in years! Cleanliness was not outstanding, not bad; somewhere in the middle of it.
Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, very tasty! Price-performance ratio was okay!
Check-out a disaster:
About 15 minutes first none at the front desk. Then the staff could turn allowed no invoices.
