Our new year's Eve stay in the room (on the clouds) 453 in the fifth floor (without balcony) we liked it very much. Large and clean rooms with large and new bathroom. The coffee maker, we have actively used. Great flat screen tv, which was mounted on the wall and in the tilt adjustable. Good beds. A little worn upholstery group. Generous wellness (self ness)-special offer, guests also cards for bus transportation, free entry rink/in (in the village) made swimming pool. External parking free of charge. Hotel Eiger in grindelwald in we were greeted by professional. We could move into a chic renovated rooms and then enjoy coffee and cake. The beautiful sauna area was visited. A very attractive fitness room was available. We fit but. The restaurant 'Barry' from the hotel offers different, well-prepared dishes. Murren itself is a perfect location for excursions and trains leave the station every 15 minutes, connecting with the cable car down to Lauterbrunnen (We recommend buying either a Jungfrau or regional pass to make the travel cost effective).
