We had reserved by phone because of the good reviews we wanted to try this hotel.
On the question of whether we may bring our small dog, we were fobbed off with positive message recalled, however. When we arrived in the evening we were given a basement room that in no way four star, facing the street and because of the traffic as we had to close the window at night even smelled musty atmosphere.
