The Einstein St.Gallen has a quiet but central location in the famous monastery district of the old town of St.Gallen – an impressive backdrop for any meeting or trip. The Gastronomy of the Einstein has reinvented itself and comes up with some new features: The award-winning chef and creative culinary artist Chris Trewer cooks on the peak of the Einstein St.Gallen. The longtime Executive Chef Ralph Leisi personally is responisble for the Caf E. Bistro and the redecorated E. Bar advances to be "the place to be" in St.Gallen for after work drinks.

I was unfortunately only one night in the hotel Einstein. The hotel is very clean, friendly service, high class! The rooms are very large, the bathroom terrific! Here one could eat from the floor... I have rarely experienced better service! At the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired!
We had a small group after our evening in the hotel bar could have a drink together 'drink', the bar was sadly already closed when we returned from our 24 o'clock event...

While the overall experience was certainly pleasant and I would stay there again, the rack rate they normally charge for these rooms is far exceeding the value considering that St Gallen is a smaller city and there are not many amenities included with the room beyond what you find in a standard hotel chain.
