First on the positive side: the hotel is located approximately 50 meters from the beach and 20 meters from the Main shopping street. Food buffet in the evening very small, hardly any variation, everything greasy... Despite half-board ate after the first meal out. The staff is known and often this deplorable absence has been... There was no balcony although specifically booked, air conditioning was broken, games room as little as the show and entertainment evenings.
There were no highchairs, the food is inedible, the staff were unfriendly and rude.
You will put off and, many minutes or leave the house at once 'Hotel' as soon as you find a different.
Also we were prepared at any cost, unfortunately, there was nothing else available.
Infinite pity for our daily, unfortunately fruitless search furnishing, the waste of time and our 'holiday'

Based on other reviews we had bad expectations of the hotel.
At twelve o'clock when we arrived at the hotel we had to wait until 1:30 P.M., before we walked into the room. The booked double room turned out to be a single room with a double bed out, however, everything was in a clean and tidy condition. So we said nothing at the front desk.
