In February we were there and felt after 3 days like a construction site: from morning to about 07:45 A. M. Disturbing drilling and hammering until late in the evening. Unfortunately we had a room on the third floor receive, the rooms about on the fourth floor have been renovated! A daily disturbing noise. At NAP was impossible.
The hotel has a clear instandhaltungsstau and presented itself accordingly. There was always something broken: lift, light, telephone, tv, toilet. Although the staff were nice, helped the US but not.

El mouradi Palace about 30 minutes distant the place Port el Kantaoui. For walks-in my opinion- pleasant distance. The hotel itself is clean, the waiters in the restaurant are really nice. The salad choice was perfect. The main courses okay, but may be simply to my taste. In the morning there was coffee (optionally also cappuccino or hot chocolate from a vending machine), white bread, croissants, eggs (the fried eggs or omelet freshly prepared be). The hotel is worn and the toilets of the pool was good.

This leaves it to live, pool unfortunately only cleaned every two days, for me to little, apart from that, everything was very clean and well maintained; the staff cleans but why not continuously cleaning the pool, I can't understand; food was great, the furniture new, guests mainly from Slovenia and Serbia, but they are very discreet and polite, beach rather tight but not uncomfortable cramped, water temperature: just refreshing for childrenOur two-year-old daughter loved it and the nice children pool everything peaceful; no middle class if you take out of the level and cleanliness are looking for, here in the area is green park, could be highly valued to much greater exploitation of the pools lead can close a shopping market with fixed prices very pleasant, is never in a shop if you don't know exactly what you want, it is unpleasant and disappointing, the few vendor on the beach if possible not to mention;.
