The hotel looks inviting at first glance from. The lobby area is well maintained and comfortable. During our travels were mainly German and guests from Benelux countries pensioners in the hotel. This hotel corresponds to the normal standard. Since we were there for three times, we knew what to expect. To mention is, that the noise from the guests, especially the Russians' guests ', is very high. The handling of the complaint at the front desk is a disaster. It is in German, simply ignored.
