Stayed for two nights with two children (3 + 8 years) and we were thrilled at Electra Palace. The hotel has a perfect location for everything within walking distance. The rooms (2 double rooms with connecting door) were top. The roof terrace has a pool with a view of the Acropolis, just awesome.
The hotel has an underground car park, twelve euros per day. We had booked with breakfast, was OK.

Optically very attractive hotel in a small side street just off to Syntagma Square and Plaka. Both rooms are facing the street as well as to the half open garden court. My room was very small with a bathroom that an RV lived up to it as an independent traveller could - but you have to today for a night almost with the "closet" expect in a 5 star hotel - unfortunately!
