The bathroom in the room of the category 'Deluxe' (follows, in accordance with standard) is in the range of a major renovation (black/mildew joints). Furniture good, but not great. In Weimar for less money same quality book (for example, Russian courtyard). However, the atmosphere is very nice, also the freshly prepared egg dishes. Everywhere very friendly staff. This stylish hotel is situated in a prime location and offers a very very good service. Everything seemed to the last detail plush. We had three double rooms, all very nice but quite small and with a view to a glass-roofed courtyard went. Ask for view erfreulichere you should choose a better room. The varied breakfast in the garden when the weather is nice, you should treat yourself. Read more

Very nice hotel with charm and history and a staff that you enjoy your work in this hotel rarely sees it was an all-around nice stay. The hotel is in the middle of the city center making shopping and the richhaltige offer in gastronomy in fact very can easily use in hotel private gourmet restaurant the possibility to get some pampering. The highlights of my stay at Hotel Elephant were: 1) Location: it is right at the market place, in the center of Weimar 2) Service: impeccable 3) Food: You should not leave Weimar without visiting Anna Amalia, award winning gourmet restaurant Minor remark: Cigar smoke at the lobby: The remarkable black and white glass lobby is next to cigar bar, thus you went through smoke and heavy cigar smell everytime you enter and exit the hotel I highly recommend this hotel in lovely Weimar
