The hotel lies beautiful in the bay of elounda with a view of the archipelago of spinalonga. The hotel, with outbuildings and villas is located in a beautiful park right next to the sea. The hotel is clean and well maintained. You can choose overnight stay with breakfast and half board choose. The prices for the food were very upscale. We booked a villa with pool. Guests were welcomed with Coke and water from the menue, the carpet near the front desk had traces of smokers. The garden and patio furniture need renovation urgently. Not enough fruit and water is provided. The staff members are trained moderately. Vespas are used by the staff for means of locomotion within the hotel complex. Partly rude and discourteous behavior of the staff members. The breakfast buffet is boring and without a concept. The staff members in the restaurants and bars are very friendly, courteous ... Great hotel but tremendous additional costs. Really something to pamper yourself with!!! The complex is in a very good condition, but there is no basis for the additional costs. They seem to swim on the wave of the top 100. Read more
