The hotel is a dream. I rarely met so helpful and friendly people. Everyone was concerned about the well-being of the guest. The bars and restaurants are suited for families and very child friendly. From the great adventure pool with two slides and a lazy river on which you can surf with tires. On the beach there is a lot of beach toys, various possibilities to play by the pool and a very creative program for the children. There is even a bathrobe for the kids. Despite the price the beach holiday in this hotel is very well worth it. The quality is 100% right. The hotel is huge. Sometimes you gladly walk 10 minutes by foot to one of the night restaurants. Top quality and best service with the appropriate five star price. Read more

The Emirates palace is one of the best hotels in the world for a reason! Pure luxury, staff in abundance. The hotel is centrally located, the surrounding area is within walking distance, but hard to explore. The taxi availability in front of the hotel was not ideal, most of the time we had to wait quite a long time, until a taxi was available again. The decor of the room didn't leave any wishes open. We have already visited some five-star's, but this place is just like a dream, a lot has already been written, and everything is really true. You just have to experience it, the service, the friendliness of the staff, the concept of the house everything was just a dream, even though a beer can cost you up to 8 euros, but in this "area" it's well worth it. We can thoroughly recommend this hotel, the whole thing has only a small hook, in planning our next trip our bar will be raised higher for this hotel. Read more

The Emirates Palace is just Amazing hotel, lovely food, and supper service and staff The entrance hall is enormous - truly gigantic and almost completely empty, however there are staff to lead you from the main doors, The Suite was nice and clean, We had one meal in the Mezzaluna the Italian restaurant it was nice and fine again we visited the Etoiles restaurant which was beautiful and very quiet meaning the staff paid excellent attention to each and every guest, Very relaxing.
