We booked this hotel through a Groupon coupon. Four stars and the description very impressed us in advance. The MA are very friendly and the service was perfect. However, the hotel is what our room weren't the four stars. The following defects, for a 4 star hotel not okay. Broken lamp on the door, the bathroom door not closing, nachlaufender cistern, not closing tap (only with a great deal of strength), broken sink, to be able to counter in the shower, humming lighting over the window. We had booked a three täges 'romantic weekend. Absolutely great was the gala dinner on the welfenschloss. We have been personally by the owner in a 'Jaguar' there and got a five-course menu of fine quality in a wonderful atmosphere. The first-class service fit. The three major menu in the hotel on the second day, which you could put together individually, was excellent. I would recommend this hotel because of the excellent price/performance ratio absolutely recommend. Read more

We had booked a wellness weekend. The massages were very good. Dinner at the hotel was unfortunately not so great, the breakfast buffet but was plentiful and delicious.
