the hotel lies direct on the lake. Breakfast was all right, but very scant.
our room lag luckily not to the promenade, but it was extremely loud at nights by the drinking and celebrating Young people outside. What really offputting was the fact that despite a small balcony and two window it no choice abdunkelnde curtains. that is, a quiet Sleep could be because of noise and the brightness not get.

Generally the hotel was OK-the service but could be better. The desire for two additional pillows was forgotten, it was not possible, in the afternoon around 15:30 the atmosphere on the terrace (with a dream view!-the only but good reason to book the hotel) drives, everyone for dinner had to be met '. Was not found very good.
The breakfast buffet was OK, but on the second day, the eggs ran:-(Oh well.

The hotel is located right on the promenade and offers a great view of the lake. The public underground parking, directly under the hotel is located, is an important plus-guests of the hotel parking at half the price.
In the breakfast room (2. Floor) is also the front desk building, that took some getting used to, but it didn't bother us further. You have a great view of the lake, especially if you are on the terrace breakfast. The breakfast buffet offers traditional three star standard, nothing exceptional, but very good.

We were on our full of excitement when you start short break in gmunden on the lake, in the top hotel esplanade directly on the lake. But when we arrived, and the hotel, due to renovation work, scaffolding looked completely, that was the first shock for us.
But when in the course of the week, the windows were completely sealed with plastic glued, the high point was reached in the room!
