If you want to experience castle feeling is the place to be. An ordinary house outside turned out to be effective from the inside as closed. Everything looked antique. Very high ceilings in the individual rooms (for example, the dining room).

Perfect location in Riga, practically in the centre. The rooms were clean and quite large. The staff was very friendly. On the morning the food you could really argue, for us it was wide and absolutely genüend. We are often in Riga, for us it is the hotel, including one with the best price-performance ratio. Very nice hotel in the Art Nouveau style. Centrally located and yet quiet. Just across from a park, so that many of the rooms have a view of the green surroundings. Especially nice is the dining rooms, with your sumptuous decor and chandeliers.
On our first visit we had a room directly under the roof. There was only one very small window, but the room was through the open beams very comfortable. The hotel is in an old, renovated city-Palace (with an adjacent new building) and they make you feel that way as a guest in the period around 1900 a bygone era.
Our room (in the old part of) was exceptionally large with high ceilings, a small hallway and a spacious bathroom.
